Grind the masala first.
Ingredients
Red chillies - 7
Coriander seeds - 2 Tsp
Peppercorns - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Clove - 1
Cardamom – 1
Procedure to make the masala
Now fry everything till it smells good.
Simmer slowly on the stove. The broth test will not be good if the chili is eaten.
If you add this type of masala grind to the egg gravy, the taste will be very good.
If you see egg gravy, it should taste like a good curry gravy.
Also add 2 Tsp of grated coconut. Fry well until fragrant.
After it cools down for a while, add required amount of water and grind it in a mixer.

Procedure
You can add required amount of oil, 1 bark, 1 clove, 1 cardamom and some curry leaves in the pan. Next is 1 onion, 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste. Next saute 1 tomato, add required amount of salt.
After the tomatoes are fried well, add the ground masala to it. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well.
Let the broth simmer for ten minutes.
After 10 minutes, see if the gravy thickens well.Now add egg next. Crack the egg with a knife. That's when the masala goes in. Now add egg and let it slow for a minute or two.
The gravy smells good. Now add egg and after two minutes add some coriander.
Turn off the stove and add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Chettinadu egg gravy is ready and can be served.
